Full Time and Part Time Available
As an IT Professional with Corporate Computer Services you will have the opportunity to care for small businesses (5 to 100 users) in the Orange County area. You will also have the satisfaction of helping these businesses work more efficiently, communicate better, and save money and frustration.
Candidates must have the utmost personal integrity and be trusted to work independently and professionally with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional IT experience and success. A+, MCP, and MCSE are required.
An IT Professional for Corporate Computer Services has one primary responsibility: caring for the technical needs of our clients. Care can be defined as the following: allowing our clients to focus on what they do best. Either remotely or onsite, you will accomplish this goal by maintaining, supporting, administrating and implementing a solid network as well as providing the absolute best possible customer service.
Position Description:
 | Manage issues relating to computer systems, servers or the network. |
| Design and implement network solutions that meet clients' business needs. |
| Administrate servers in a Microsoft environment and have thorough knowledge of LANs and WANs. |
| Correspond with executives and top management with regards to technology needs and current status. |
| Provide technical support to end users on computer issues. |
| Document and update requests for support as well as the resolution. |
| Provide troubleshooting expertise to server related issues. |
| Update clients' workstations and servers with latest patches and security releases. |
| Resolve problems related to Operating Systems and/or desktop applications. |
| Facilitate communications between hardware/software vendors when necessary. |
